- At 10.6, 21.0 and 36.5 GHz measurements are performed at both linear polarizations. Measurements of polarization differences are used to investigate the effects of nonspherical particles (H.Czekala).
- Multifrequency radiometer observations can be combined with radar observations to retrieve the state of a precipitating atmosphere. Radiometers should better constrain the liquid water content and the bright band modelling.
